Scape Living at Franklin was a wonderful decision as a play to stay. Really fantastic room ‘The Creator’ and quality service. Located at the northern part of the CBD so it isn’t majorly busy. Wonderful window views, comfortable room. Nice decorations for the Formula 1 weekend too!

Two onsite gyms with good equipment's and, music room with plenty instruments. The views from level 52 are amazing especially at sunset and you can see hot air balloons during summer. Very close to public transport with the building of the new station at the top of the street being completed. Staff are friendly and helpful, same people on throughout the week so you get familiar with them. The girls are usually friendlier then the guys Mia, Alett , Marley are super helpful and go out of the way always. Only downside is half of reception has been closed in order to put the card only access gates in place which can make leaving and entering the building busier because people are tapping.

Living at Scape for the past three years has been an amazing experience. From the start, Fotis has been incredibly supportive and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. Franklin is a fantastic place to live, the management is attentive, and the property is always well taken care of. It’s definitely one of the best options for students in Melbourne CBD. I’m loving my time here and truly appreciate everything the team does. Thank you!

i love my time at this building, was a good place central in city to call home. Shout out to Marli she always helped me whether it was for my mental health or homesickness she always listened to me and made me feel at home. i had a meeting with the male asian manager before i left and he was very friendly and not rude like you would expect management to be. 10/10 place would recommend

Stayed here for my first year of school and the staff are what make the building, Workers like Kim and Marli ( who are at the desk daily ) make the experience of living away from home so much easier as they are always up for a conversation.They are knowledgeable about the building and always found a way to go above and beyond throughout my stay. Room is nice for the weekly rent and the music room is a nice touch as well ! having the cafe on the ground floor makes all the difference for travels to class after late night study they do events with free doughnuts in reception which is yummy 😁

Currently staying at Scape Franklin and really love this place. The staff are really nice, there are super helpful and friendly (you can ask for help anytime). The location is the best, everything you need is around this area, you can literally walk around this block and have everything to go by. Really enjoy the vibe here especially the smell and the coffee is also nice. 🥰

I am from China and have made a lot of friends here and the staff are nice. You can see the whole city from the windows and often see hot air balloons in the morning. The laundry is expensive but better then having to go to other place. More events that don’t cost alot would be nice and i wish we had breakfast or cooking at franklin on days other than Thursday. Fotis always help me with my rent payments, and makes jokes and Marli also helps me a lot with settling into the country. Some of the other staff can be a bit rude but for the most part are helpful and knowledgeable.
